Factoría Echegaray – Canners of Time

1975. In a tuna canning factory in southern Spain, four women begin another routine working day marked by the penetrating smell of fish and the constant hum of machinery. That same day, La Nena arrives — a mysterious young woman who gradually enters the world of the factory and awakens in the workers the strength to question their routine and rebel, as they face both personal and collective challenges in their lives at the cannery and in a Spain on the verge of beginning its Transition to democracy.
