Nerja Local Market – Every Tuesday

If you want to experience the lively, authentic side of Nerja, head to the Local Market held every Tuesday morning (from around 9:00 to 14:00) just behind the Almijara II urbanisation.

Here you’ll find stalls overflowing with fresh fruit and vegetables, local olives, clothes, shoes, bags, ceramics, plants, and even household goods. It’s a colourful, buzzing scene where locals and visitors mingle, bargain, and stock up on everything from kitchen essentials to gifts to take home.

👉 Tip: Arrive early for the best produce and easiest parking, or take a short walk up from town.
