NESO Orchestra - Spanish Music Concert

The New Symphony Orchestra returns to the Cultural Center after the success of its debut Christmas concert last December. The orchestra is composed of musicians trained at advanced conservatories and with distinguished careers in various national and international ensembles, who share a passion for bringing symphonic music to all audiences, from the great classics to contemporary works. It is conducted by Javier Fernández Pereira, who combines his teaching with conducting.

Program: Overture: The Happy Slaves (Arriaga); Interlude: Goyescas (Granados); Selection of popular songs by F. G. Lorca (López Carreño); Interlude: The Wedding of Luis Alonso (G. Giménez); Interlude and Spanish Dance No. 1, La vida breve (M. Falla).
