Wine Night (Noche del Vino) in Cómpeta
On 15 August, the beautiful mountain village of Cómpeta will once again host its famous Wine Night (Noche del Vino), now celebrating its 51st edition.
More than just a festival, Noche del Vino is a celebration of Cómpeta's rich winemaking tradition, local heritage, and Andalusian culture. Every year, thousands of visitors gather in the picturesque streets and Plaza Almijara to enjoy an unforgettable evening where wine, music and flamenco take centre stage.
This year's Flamenco Festival promises a fantastic line-up, with performances by renowned artists Pitingo and Jesús Méndez, alongside the acclaimed flamenco dance group led by Antonio Verónica and Saray Cortés. Set against the charming backdrop of Plaza Almijara, the performances are expected to create another magical night in the heart of the village.
