A special Nerja tradition marking the beginning of the celebrations in honour of the town's patron saints, Nuestra Señora de las Angustias and San Miguel Arcángel.

The traditional late-September Traslado brings the patron saints together ahead of Nerja's October festivities. Exact 2026 procession times and route to be confirmed.
